This book makes a cultural case against immigration, based on Brimelow's assertion that shared cultural norms are what undergird capitalism and stable societies. Brimelow argues that much more should be done to reduce illegal immigration, and that reducing illegal immigration can be justified in the name of avoiding a change in the nation's racial-ethnic composition.
